He is survived by: his wife Donna Blake; his children, Amy Kukuck (Scott) of Maryland and Andy Henderson (Jennifer) of Arizona; his siblings, Tom Henderson (Valerie), Becky Wilson (Gary) and Nancy Henderson Taylor; his grandchildren, Seth, Mya Kukuck, Lucy and Phoebe Henderson; and his pet Sox.
