He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James J. Morgan and Miriam E. Morgan (Miller); his wife Judith K. Mann; and his children, Deanna Osbahr (Mark) of Little River, James C. "Cy" Morgan III (Dena) of Wooster and Miriam Stokes of Wooster, Ohio. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
