Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stowers Funeral Home (401 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made in Bill's name to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
