He is survived by: his wife Wynetta Headley; his daughters, Dusty Cook (Brent Sunderman), Kristen (Rich Kneifl) and Amy (Peter Widhalm); his grandsons, Evan and Hal Widhalm; his brother Stan (Diane Headley); his uncle Tom (Sheryl Headley); his aunt Norma Sitzman; and his siblings-in-law, Deanne, Roger Nuss, Sandy, Kevin Rhone, Dwight, Linda Gentzler, Robert and Kathi Gentzler.
The family will direct any memorials to Terry's favorite charities.
