He is survived by: his mother Alene Foster; his wife Cheryl Ritchie-Foster; his children, David Foster, Rob Myers, Devry Cothren, Genelle Mackey and Angie Stoner; and his sister Joy Tash. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Sun City Emergency Squad in Sun City Center, Fl.
