With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Joe Hayhurst of Sun City Center, Florida, born in Gassaway, West Virginia, who passed away on October 10, 2022 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his father Earl "Peanuts" Hayhurst; his wife Theda Haymond Hayhurst; his grandson Joshua Taylor; and his sisters, Karen Hayhurst Chenoweth and Laura Hayhurst.
He is survived by: his daughter Lee Christensen; his grandchildren, Traci Mills, David Christensen and Katrina Sellers; and his sister Janet Hayhurst Gentry of Belpre, Ohio. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
