He is survived by: his wife Peggy Libby of Starke; his children, Robert Jason Libby (Shells) of Fleming Island, Joshua James Libby (Jessie) of Starke and Kristina Libby Crawford (Andrew) of Starke; his sister Joan Hall (Robert) of Starke; and his grandchildren, Ashlin, Gavin and Lyla.
