It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Eloise Starling of Starke, Florida, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Rev. Alton Dobbs; and her husband Reverend James Starling. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Starling (Sandra), Janna Samons (John) and Julie Martin (Robert); her grandchildren, Jennifer Hart (AJ), Cody Samons, Brennan Starling (Morgan), Dayshawn Samons, Cayden Martin and Kaleb Martin; and her great grandchildren, Darby Starling, Lyla Starling and Easton Hart. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
