She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd Cecil Padgett; her brothers, Cauthorn, Cecil, Kenneth and Elwood Padgett; and her siblings-in-law, Rudy Sapp and Janie Padgett.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Norman of Starke, FL; her sons, Chester D. Norman (Angela) of Newberry, FL, Timothy C. Norman (Karen) of Jacksonville, FL and Wesley A. Norman (Karen) of Lake Butler, FL; her sister Catherine Sapp of Starke, FL; her sisters-in-law, Kay Padgett of Starke, FL and Sue Padgett of Hampton, FL; and her grandchildren, Austin, Alex, Audrey, Rachel, Rosalea and Rebekah.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Starke Building Fund or Haven Hospice in honor of Annette's precious life.
