He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Kevin (Amber), Philip (Ashley), Lee, John, Wayne, Crystal (Frank) and Sarah (Christopher); and his siblings, Danny, Frank, Mark, Jeff and Candice. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
