He is survived by: his parents, Cathy Bickerton and Mike Bickerton; his brother Mark (Kimberly); his nephew Michael; his nieces, Olivia and Julia; his brother Matthew (Abbie); his niece Elizabeth; his nephew Maxwell; his aunt Anne Baur; his uncles, Bob Bickerton and Jack Bickerton; his cousins, Angela Bickerton and Bradley Bickerton; and also, Celine St. Pierre and Robert St. Pierre.
