He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn. He is survived by: his daughter Lynda Howard; his grandson Jason Murphy; and his children, Millard Vaughn (Michelle) and Vicky Murphy. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
