She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Carter and Katherine Carter (Hopper); her siblings, Sheryl Samuels, Michael Carter and Homer Carter; and her daughter-in-law Kristy Trainor.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Peavler; her children, Daniel Trainor, Melissa Trainor (Travis Ayles) and Alison Schieltz (Brian Schieltz); her grandchildren, Daniel Kurzenberger (Krystal Kurzenberger), Khearsten Jones, Thomas Trainor, Kaitlynd Trainor, David Trainor, Jasper Egan, Emily Samz and Bijoux Schieltz; her siblings, Judy Carter, Lynn Carter and Big; and her granddaughter Summer. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
