He is survived by: his fiancé Tawny Hood; his son Jeffrey Anthony William Stevens of Spring Hill; his parents, Jeffrey Stevens and Patricia Stevens; his siblings, Ashleigh Kieley (Steven) and Erich Stevens (Libna) of Davey; and his nieces, Rachel, Anabella and Emma. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
