He was predeceased by: his former wife Susan Simpson (Silberberg); his mother Lois Terrell; and his siblings, Derek Simpson, Ruby Blakley and Alice Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Cheever; his sister Roxanne Schuchman (Robert) of Midway, GA; his cousin Nancy Cook of Cleveland Ohio; his siblings-in-law, Alan Silberberg, Robert Kaminski of Peabody, MA and Claire Przada (James) of St. Louis, MO; his stepson Shawn Cheever; his stepgranddaughter Skyla Cheever; and his friends, Clifford and Merav Narunsky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
