He is survived by: his children, Danny Dillard (Faith) of Fort Myers, Sharon Cherry of Ellenton and Greg Henderson (Robin) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his brothers, James L. Cherry of Ocala, John Massey of Orlando and Robert Cherry (Lotha) of Orlando, Florida; and his uncle Pop Cherry (Valery). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.
