He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronika Scherer of German and George Scherer; and his brother Robert Scherer. He is survived by: his wife Eva Maria; his son George Karl Scherer (Jennifer); his grandson Jordan; his children, Marlene Ann Scherer and Erik Alexander Scherer (Masami); his grandson Kai; his daughter Ingrid Katerina Scherer Roberts (Michael); his grandchildren, Julianna, Ashley, Thomas, Andrew, Katerina, Eva and Susannah; his son Kurt Friedrich Scherer (Allison); his grandchildren, Isabella, Joshua, Brigham and Hailey; his son Philip Maximillian (Natalie); his grandchildren, Maximillian, Lorelei, Giselle and Celeste; his great grandchild Jakob Nikolai (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Leia, Alexander and Asher. He is also survived by his family, but most especially by his grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (7001 S Beneva Rd, Sarasota, FL 34238). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
