He is survived by: his wife Eva Maria; his son George Karl Scherer (Jennifer); his grandson Jordan; his children, Marlene Ann Scherer and Erik Alexander Scherer (Masami); his grandson Kai; his daughter Ingrid Katerina Scherer Roberts (Michael); his grandchildren, Julianna, Ashley, Thomas, Andrew, Katerina, Eva and Susannah; his son Kurt Friedrich Scherer (Allison); his grandchildren, Isabella, Joshua, Brigham and Hailey; his son Philip Maximilian Scherer (Natalie); his grandchildren, Maximilian, Lorelei, Gisele and Celeste; his great grandchild Jakob Nikolai Scherer (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Leia, Alexander and Asher. He is also survived by his family, but most especially by his grandchildren.
