He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Parrish; his brother Bobby Parrish; and his parents, Fred Parrish and Zelda Parrish. He is survived by: his children, Pauline Parrish (Cathy Wilson) and William Parrish (Staci); his grandchildren, David and Ashley; and his close friend Daisy.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made in Billy's name to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Alzheimer's Association.
