He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Hannah O'Connor (Jim), Leah Raiche (Ken) and Brendhan (Caitlin); his grandchildren, Fiona, Liam O'Connor, Evan, Ella Raiche, Olivia and Henry West; and his siblings, Tupper Thomas, Dobson West (Jane), Susie Oppenheim (Frieda Gardner) and Gretchen West. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews; and many loving friends.
