He is survived by: his children, Ralph Herzog and Susan Herzog Adams; and his wife Carolyn.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Compassionate Care Hospice of New Hampshire, 25 Nashua Road, Unit E3, Londonderry, NH 03053, which provided wonderful compassionate care in his final days.
