He was predeceased by: his wives, Judy Goldenberg and Marlene Goldenberg; his parents, Eva Goldenberg and Bill Goldenberg; and his son Thomas Spiegel.
He is survived by: his children, Stuart Goldenberg (Rhonda Stein), Jill Goldenberg (Sidney Kriger), Julie Spiegel and Amy Hearne (David); his sister Phyllis Robinson (Lloyd); his grandchildren, Marlene, Bobby, Carolyn, Stephen, Stefanie, Ben, Adriana, Charlie, Maddie, Jonah, Solya, Sophie, Chris, Sam and Eli; his great grandchildren, Robby, Goldie, Harrison and Parker; his close friend Phyllis Sudit; and his friends, Stuart Nolan, Beth Gnerer, Merilyn, Daikel, Yamila, Aslin and Rosa.
