He was predeceased by: his wife Imelda L. Kinney (Stevens); his daughter Cathy Phillips Kinney of Sanibel, FL; his brother Ray Kinney; and his grandson Gregory. He is survived by: his children, Bert M. Kinney, Jeannette M. Dailey (Joseph) of Stoughton, Colleen B. Kinney of Attleboro, Suzanne I. Martin (Thomas) of Norfolk and Paula J. Brennan (Joseph) of Naples, FL.; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Ashley, Aaron, Brendan, Kyle, Justina, Phillip, Amanda, Ryan, Michelle and Melissa. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
