He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Philip and Rachel Mullen (Valinoti). He is survived by: his close friend Iris Cruz; and his siblings, James Mullen (Mary), Patrick Mullen (Sheri) and Mary Mullen Mosley. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews, and eight great nieces and nephews.
