He is survived by: his children, Gerald Notaro, Darlene Bowers, Cheryl Schmied and Lauren Notaro Smith; and his siblings, Phillip, James, Anthony, Ann Insinna and Elaine Thrasher. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
