It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph A. Monteiro (Royal Palm Beach, Florida), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Monteiro and Emily Monteiro; and his daughter Joanna. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jiselle and Luis; and his siblings, Stephen Phillip Monteiro, Rosanne Stiles, Elizabeth Richman and Marie Whitney. He is also survived by his two grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation http://www.epilepsy.com or the Alzheimer's Association https://act.alz.org.
