She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Lannan and Dolah Lannan; her husband William Downey (Bill); her siblings, Hube Lannan, Murl Lannan, Bernie Lannan, Ruth Ann Lannan and Millie Jones; and her granddaughter Dawn Harding.
She is survived by: her children, Constance White and Ronald Bledsoe; her stepchildren, Tony, Roger, Melanie and Stacey; her siblings, Norbert Lannan, Michael Lannan, Rita Weaver and Kay Hughes; her granddaughter Sacheen; and her great grandchild Mikah. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Boys Town, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Salvation Army.
