He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burwell and Louise Ruby Schilt (Reid). He is survived by: his wife Janice Rullo Schilt; his daughter Jennifer Smith (Mike) of Spotsylvania; his granddaughters, Melia and Kiera Smith; his stepchildren, Daniel Allender (Samantha), Laura Allender, Philip Rullo, Jr. (Jessica) and Tammy Stonestreet (Mitch); his stepgrandchildren, Olivia Allender, Racquel Rullo, Philip Rullo III, Alena Rullo, Kaylon Beck and MaKenzie Keneven; and his friend Bill Jacobson. He is also survived by many in-laws, step-nieces, pet dogs.
