She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Lyons and Martha Jordan Lyons; her former husband Richard J Douglas, Sr.; her siblings, Alice Boyette (James), Lillie Leyden (Paul) and Eugene Lyons; and her daughter Donna Marie Matthews (James).
She is survived by: her husband Jack; and her children, Edward R. Martin (Sharon), Ronald E. Martin (Ginny), Martha J. Pangle (Donald) and Judy M. Clayton. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
