She was predeceased by: her husband Frank M. Forte; her son Robert John; her parents, Salvatore Sposato and Esther Sposato; her brother James; her in-laws, Frank P. and Mary Forte; her sister-in-law Marian; and her close friend Conway.
She is survived by: her family NJ; her children, Frank, Valerie and Marybeth; her in-laws, Sharon, Paul and Lori; her grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew, Meredith, Rebecca, Christine, Elizabeth and Paul; her great grandchildren, Austin and Grayson; and her siblings-in-law, Rita and Anthony.
