He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Mary Chrobak of Fairmont, WV., Eugene and Garvine Farley of Mannington, WV.; and his aunts and uncles, Sondra Fairleigh, Sharleen Hammell, Richard Farley, Robert Farley and Ermal Farley.
He is survived by: his father Randall; and his aunts and uncles, Gregory, Paula Chrobak of Charleston, WV, William, Margaret Floyd of Shinnston, WV and Robert Hammell.
