He is survived by: his wife Gloria Whitman Clarke; his brother Edward Lee Clark (Doris); his stepsons, William Thomas Mathis III and Phillip D. Mathis; and his grandchildren, Teresa Graham (Dustin), Jeff Mathis and Trevor Mathis (Tara).
