He is survived by: his wife Laura; his siblings, Patty Melgaard and Alan Bergmann (Carol); his sister-in-law Janet Price; his stepmother Sandy Price; his nephews, Quinton Melgaard (Danielle), Richard Bergmann (Melissa), Russell Bergmann and Mills Bergmann; his cousin Robin Green (Karen); and his caregivers, Flagler Hospital, Hitch and Richardson.
