It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Cook of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, born in West Palm Beach, Florida, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Cook and Dwight Cook; and his sister Ginger Zeikus. He is survived by: his wife Diane; and his cousins, Tom, Linda Worley, Donald and Judy Worley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to Seminarian Fund with checks made payable to Our Lady Star of the Sea with Seminarian Fund as the memo. Donations may also be made to the Sister Parish Ministry, with checks made payable to Sister Parish Ministry, addressed to Our Lady Star of the Sea, 545 A1A N., Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082.
