She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Packard and Lois Palmer-Packard; and her brother Pat Packard. She is survived by: her husband David; her daughter Kari; and her brother Tim.
The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to Susan G. Komen Foundation, where there is a memorial fundraiser in her name.
