He is survived by: his wife Kathy May Edwards; his daughter Katherine "Katie" Lucille Walls (Johnathan Walls) of Nashville; his grandchildren, John Henry Walls, Marilyn Lucille Walls, Katherine Grace Walls and William Michael Walls; his brother William M. Edwards, Jr. of Nashville; his brother-in-law John D (Lynda Flynn May); his nephews, John Christopher May (Anna Skold) and Michael David May; his great-nephew Lucas Emerson May; his great-niece Sonya Marie May of Atlanta; and also William M. Edwards, Sr. of Nashville.
