She is survived by: her children, Patti Cook, Donna Roach and Mike Cook; her grandson Cody Cook; her great grandchild Ryker Cook; her granddaughter Sarah Daluisio; her grandson-in-law Gary Daluisio; and her great grandchild Gigi Daluisio. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
