He was predeceased by: his son Cameron; and his grandson Robert. He is survived by: his wife Shelby; his sons, Richard (Peri) and Steven (Shay); and his grandchildren, Ariel Tye (Matt), Rhianna, Cameron and Auburn Horner.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Jacksonville Community Hospice.
