It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Banham (Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida), born in Rawcliffe, Yorkshire and the Humber, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Banham and Eileen Banham. He is survived by: his wife Rose Banham; his daughters, Carolyn Mitchell (Florida) and Sarah Van Benthem (Texas); his sons-in-law, Jason Mitchell and Kelly Van Benthem; his grandchildren, Kaley, Leah, Kanin, Kyler and Riley; and his brother David Banham (Canada).
