It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Miller of Pompano Beach, Florida, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sylvia; his children, Steven (Vangie) and Stephanie Hills (Alan); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Spencer, Scott and Grace.
