It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anthony G. Veltri (Pompano Beach, Florida), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ercole Veltri and Esterina Veltri; his wife Joyce Veltri (Shuler); and his siblings, Millie (Muratore) and Paul.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Veltri, Clorinda Gibson (Cloe), Paul Veltri and Karen Veltri; and his children-in-law, Stephen Gibson, Yanhua and Maria Veltri. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was also an excellent card player, winning poker games weekly until the pandemic closed the clubhouse in Rainberry Bay.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in his name to Disabled American Veterans.
