He was predeceased by: his grandson Conner Mills-Jordan; and his father Marvin L. Mills of Lakeland, FL.. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Arnold Harris; his stepfathers, James Arnold and William Harris; his significant other Joni Auel; his children, Jessica Banks (Chris) and Justin Mills; his grandson Caden Banks; and his siblings, Michele Arnold Chambers (Terry), Donald Mills, Chris Mills and Grace Consoli.
No flowers will be accepted, and the family asks that in lieu there of, donations be made to the ASPCA.
