He is survived by: his children, Samantha Dockery, Daniel Dockery and Christopher Dock; his mother Ada Donaldson; his sisters, Judi Jordan, Vickie Fussell and Rita Dockery; and his former wife Debbie Dockery. He is also survived by four grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
