It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Stallings Ruis of Plant City, Florida, who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stallings and Katie Ruth Payne Stallings; and her husband Kenneth Ruis. She is survived by: her son Joe Ruis (Faith); and her grandsons, Brandon Moore and Aaron Ruis.
