She was predeceased by: her parents, William Taylor and Mittie Mozella; her husband Harry Cook; and her siblings, Janet Smith, June Salter, Johnny Taylor, Jeff Taylor, Jo Anne Molina, Jake Taylor and Jill Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Kent Cook (Cindy), Hope Crocker (Neil) and Dale Cook (Janene); and her siblings, Jimmy Taylor, Jack Taylor, Jennifer Reed, Jane Jordan and Joy Davis. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
