He was predeceased by: his parents, Bige Campbell and Virgie Campbell (Collins); his siblings, Lois Jean Musgrove (Floyd), Ola Faye Rose and Irven Campbell; and his sister-in-law Jeanie Campbell.
He is survived by: his close friend Rene McLeod of Plant City, FL; his siblings, Wade Campbell of Tampa, FL, Warren Campbell of China Grove, NC, Thelma Raye Crawford (Doug) of Hazzard, KY, Kathy Khazami (Ghaffar) of Tampa, FL, Linda Henderson (Bernie) of Monticello, FL and Artie Gale Campbell of Tampa, FL; and his son-in-law David Rose of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Collins Family Cemetery c/o Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Scottsburg, IN.
