He is survived by: his wife Betty Goolsby; his children, Shae Ansley Crowell and Ronald Brian Guy; his stepchildren, Stephen, Virginia Fulton, Cynthia and Christopher Caldwell; his grandchildren, Max Crowell and Bee Louise Crowell; his stepgrandchildren, Ansley, Ava and Spencer Caldwell; and his brothers, John Guy and David Guy.

A graveside service was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Barrancas National Cemetery (1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508).
