He is survived by: his significant other Thomas Jacobs; his children, Teri M. Grigsby and Justin M. Mitchell; his grandchildren, Landon, Jaylin, Cole, Jazmin and Lila; and his aunt Margaret Balch. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends who have become his chosen family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McConnell Funeral Home (1200 E Forrest St, Athens, AL 35613). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
