He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M Lowman, Sr. and Toni Lowman. He is survived by: his wife Vilma Celotti Lowman; his daughters, Emily Lowman and Heather Brandner (Andrew) of Northbrook Illinois; his grandsons, Scott and Jake Brandner; and his brother Robert M. Lowman Jr..
