She was predeceased by: her parents, Scottie Williams and Victoria Williams; her husband Charles Ottley; her son Eugene Williams; and her brother Frederick Williams.

She is survived by: her daughter Pamela George (Errol); her sister Agnetta Wilson; her grandchildren, Cordelia, Krystal, Kelly, Kendall, Kameron, Danielle and Tyquwan; her great grandchildren, Imani and Kingsley; and her nieces and nephews, Lawrence, Paula, Linda, Roderick, Valroy, Sharon and Gillian.
