He is survived by: his wife Patricia Donnelly (McGovern); his children, Meghan Lundy (Richard Swenson), Brian Donnelly (Tracy Ives) and Kevin Donnelly (Maura Donnelly); his siblings, Barbara Tanzer (Stephen), Marie Phillips (Vince), Elizabeth Janowiak (Greg), Helen Nesbitt (Charles), John Donnelly (Carol), Tom Donnelly (Janet), James Donnelly (Bethany) and Joseph Donnelly (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Lucy Donnelly, Gillian Lundy, Abigail Donnelly, Amelia Donnelly, Cecilia Donnelly, Dane Lundy, Ryker Swenson and Rayce Swenson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Patrick's name to Carousel Ranch, Autism Service Dogs of America or US Submarine Veterans Charitable Foundations.
